Hey there…reading this means you’re either thinking of buying from us or you’ve been screwed in the past and want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Well don’t worry! At JuiceBubble we strive to provide you with only excellent quality products and if we mess up (it’s not often that we do but we are human, no droids working here yet) we’ll be the first to raise our hands and hang our heads and sort you out. You’re our customer (or soon to be customer) and we want to make sure you shop from us on a regular basis. They say keeping a customer is less expensive than acquiring a new one so we’d be silly to piss you off.
Just a quick overview before we get started. Each and every item leaving JuiceBubble is individually made from scratch, so basically you are receiving a custom made item. We don’t keep any pre-printed stock, so yours is one in a million.
Keep in mind that during the production process, a mark or two might accompany the garments to it’s new home, but no need to worry. If the item you ordered is correct and fits well, please do give it a wash and dry it inside out to remove any production residue. Oh, and this will only be the issue with dark garments, or light garments that requires a white base underneath the color.

When can I return a product?
If you’re not happy with your product for any reason whatsoever, you may have it exchanged for any other product of similar value. By similar, we mean give or take ten Rand. If we’ve messed up, we’ll arrange with the couriers to collect the goods from you provided it’s from the same address we delivered to. If you’re just changing your mind then the return postage is on you, we think that’s fair.
Remember that if you’re just changing your mind, we will replace your product with another but won’t give a cash refund. If there isn’t anything in our store catching your eye at the moment, no need to worry, we will send you a voucher to the value of the item you wish to have refunded, which will be valid for 18 months.
As we mentioned before, all items are made to order so unfortunately all refunds will be given in the form of store credit / vouchers. If you ordered anything from the “Design Your Own” section of our store, we will not be able to exchange it , as these items are made specially for you and are non-refundable. So please double check our size guide before placing an order.
Please note that all artwork sent must be print ready, alterations to artwork will only be made upon request. All custom prints are final as per the artwork supplied by you, as the client.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any delivery fees since the parcel has already made its way to your door. If a last minute decision was made to rather collect your order from us, the above refund policy will apply.
Please note all refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect, so please be patient.
Note: T-Shirts & hoodies that you want to exchange due to a manufacturing fault, should be unwashed and unworn (except for fitting it on) if you would like to return it. Of course if you have worn it and the whole thing falls apart that’s another story (which should definitely not be happening).
What do I do if I’m not happy with my purchase?
The first thing to do is tell us! We pride ourselves on providing a high quality product and excellent customer service. You can contact us at Support@JuiceBubble.co.za. From there, we’ll help you with your return or questions.
Should an item you order be too big or small, you can return it to the below address. Once the item has been received and checked on our side, we will reprint and resend the new item free of charge.
If you’re returning a product, please write an email that includes:
1. The order number or Email address used during the purchase
2. The approximate date when you made the purchase
3. If it’s a size related problem, please tell us which size it should be
4. If you’re just changing your mind and would like a different shirt, please specify which shirt you want and the size.
What If The Courier Messed Up
If you have been part of the JuiceBubble family for a while, you will know that we dont have our own courier company (all though it would make a lot of things easier) . We will always make use of FastWay or Courierit to ensure your parcel is safely delivered to your door.
Both these companies work completely independent from JuiceBubble, and they have their own schedule for deliveries. Once the parcel leave here, delivery is generally done within 2-3 business days, except for outlaying areas that may add up to 2 days of travelling time. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled and refunded if the courier company missed your deadline. Please do make contact with us so that we can assist with the road ahead should something like this happen.
All production times are given in good faith, however Juicebubble will not be held liable for any losses incurred because of missed deadlines, and any refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
When you send us artwork, we assume that you have the rights to have such works printed. We will not be held liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringements for artwork you submit to us. By submitting artwork to us, you acknowledge and confirm that you have the rights associated to reproducing and printing such works.
What’s the returns address?
Before you send your package off, please pop as an email so we can help you with the couriers. Also, we’re not going to pay your courier costs if you’re using your own choice of couriers so unless you’re just changing your mind, please let us arrange the couriers to collect from you.
