All our designs are printed on high quality cotton T-shirts using a professional (and very expensive) direct to garment (DTG) printer or polyurethane vinyl.

 

Yes sure, but first please be sure to look at our Returns Policy.

Unfortunately no returns on custom items are processed, unless we made a mistake with the printing. Please make 100% sure of the size and colour before ordering.

No stress, some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email has arrived there.

If there is no confirmation email in the spam folder please email sales@juicebubble.co.za and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Sure thing… When placing the order, please select EFT as the payment method and pay the order total minus the delivery fee if the order does not qualify for free delivery. Also send a follow up email to sales@juicebubble.co.za to confirm that you will be collecting your order.

Once completed we will send you an email and you can let us know when will be a convenient time for you to collect. Please note we do not refund delivery fees if it is paid by accident.

We know you will be eagerly awaiting your JuiceBubble goodies, delivery normally takes between 3 – 5 working days, however during peak season delivery times might be slightly longer.

If you need your order by a certain date, please send us an email to support@juicebubble.co.za along with your order number to make arrangements. We will always try our best to accommodate such requests.

That is completely up to you. Couriers always deliver packages on weekdays between 8am and 5pm, so if you’re not home during the day we would recommend using your work address. You can also have your order delivered to someone else’s address.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes so remember to put down your physical address.
