Check on your Order
You can check on your order by filling in your order number below.
What the various order statuses mean:
On-hold: This usually means we’re awaiting confirmation of payment. Give us up to 4 business hours from the time of sending your proof of payment until we update this status
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
Processing: This means we’re busy getting your order ready to be couriered.
Completed: This means we’ve dispatched your order with the couriers.
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll see that the customer note will have a waybill number which you can track on the couriers web page. Most of the time we use FastWay couriers: http://www.fastway.co.za/
Insert your order number below and click submit. You’ll find your order number in the email which was sent to you immediately after you placed your order.
